About this Project

Evfarmer has established key strategic partnerships with multiple lettuce farms in Salinas Valley, California, which is the largest lettuce-producing region in the United States. Under the agreement, Evfarmer will provide over $5 million in financing to support the farms’ funding needs, technology adoption, production optimization, and market expansion.

Salinas Valley, located along Californias central coast, is known as the “Salad Bowl of the World.” The regions fertile soil and ideal climate conditions make it perfect for growing leafy veges. The area boasts approximately 1.4 million acres of agricultural land, with 220,000 acres dedicated to irrigated farming. Its lettuce production plays a critical role in fulfilling the demand of both the U.S. and global markets.
